You know the pause, 5 declarations of war, unpause trick for pushing all your CBs simulnateously, right? You should be able to finish reconquering for zero infamy before 1405 (except that one province held by Timurids which is not worth it for now), and you'll probably get Conquest mission for free cores on all Greece sometime soon. Reconquer everything, then Holy War your way West. In the meantime neighbouring nomads gives you up to +1.65 colonist/year (with 5+ provinces next to nomads), which is worth a lot more than occasional tiny prestige hit. Qara Konlyu and Georgia are probably worth taking for the sake of Alanian gold mines, but they're super-easy, or you can beat them for lunch money every few years. Golden Horde occasionally overextends to Balkans, but usually they collapse early, and in the worst case it's just another minor prestige sink for you while you're conquering everywhere else. This is literally your safest border, and there's little reason to ever bother going there until much much later since these lands are relatively poor unless you want to conquer your way all the way to CoTs in Hormuz and Fars and Persian spice provinces. Timurids always accept concession of defeat for 5 prestige hit (unless you're a OPM they think they can conquer outright), which is laughable number.
