I spoke with Madelyn (the co-owner) she was unapologetic and just said she would call me back. They said the original installers had moved things around and plugged things into the wrong outlet without letting me know, causing the flood.The cost of the emergency water removal and floor restoration to avoid mold was $7,500. They were able to have their team come out within 1 hour to stop the leak. An hour later, my basement was flooded with a pipe that was open. The machine is located where the tank was installed.
They came back to rectify the issue and all was well until I used my laundry washing machine after they left (for the first time that week). Something happened with the installation that day, causing a leak, so the water was turned off. We were really excited to have very clean water since my kids and I drink a ton of it. I am hoping the various leaks will cease and we can move forward in a better direction.-We had our $4,000 water osmosis system installed on Monday in our new home. Although I am not happy with all the events that took place, I can tell that the employees of this company are very loyal and the owners are very hands on with their company. After 1.5 weeks of going back and forth with Jennifer and Madelyn and a few leaks later, we came to an agreement.
